Return Policy, Warranty and Payment
Claims and Adjustments: Outstanding Furniture, Inc is NOT responsible of any damages during transport (No exception). All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please note any damages to cartons and furniture when signing for shipment, file a claim with the freight/ shipping company and notify Outstanding Furniture, Inc. customer service department by e-mail at service@outstandingfurniture.com. Please save the damaged cartons until advised of resolution of the freight claim and in case we need to pick up the product for replacement. All returns must be authorized by Outstanding Furniture, Inc. and we will advise you as to return authorization number and arrange for pickup or repair of any damaged merchandise.
Returns of unused and undamaged merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be shipped at your expense to our warehouse. All returns must be approved in advance by Outstanding Furniture customer service department.
Warranty: Our premium outdoor furniture is designed and built to the highest standards to last for many years of enjoyment. Outstanding Furniture, Inc. warrants to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and accessories and all its parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship. If you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, Outstanding Furniture, Inc. will, at Outstanding Furniture's option, repair or replace the product at no charge. "Defects" as used in this warranty, are defined as any imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the product. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of parts and components. The warranty excludes: (1) defects caused by improper assembly, (2) defects caused to the product because of product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence after purchase, (3) normal wear and tear due to age and (4) labor or assembly costs, (5) disappointment in the customer choice of color or model. The warranty does NOT apply in case of fading of cushion or sling fabrics caused by general wear and tear or failure to comply with care and maintenance instructions.
Outstanding Furniture, Inc. residential warranties are limited to one year warranty unless otherwise specifically noted and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. All Outstanding Furniture, Inc. commercial warranties are limited to three months from date of receipt and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, product wear and tear may be depreciated for the time the product was in use. Outstanding Furniture, Inc. reserve the right to make substitution with similar merchandise should the model or color in question no longer be available. The replacement will be on the individual item or items, not a complete setting.
This warranty takes effect from the day of purchase and will not be renewed or extended as a result of a product being repaired or replaced pursuant to a claim. To the extent allowed by law, this warranty is offered for the benefit of the product purchaser only and is not transferable.
In NO event will Outstanding Furniture, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any product.
Return Policy Applied to Special Orders: We are pleased to special order custom frame colors, cushions, umbrellas and other products when available. Special orders cannot be returned for credit beyond the guaranty as outlined above.
Prices: All prices are listed per piece or set. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.*
Most Furniture items and umbrellas are considered special orders as we build these items to order. All items built to order require a 50% non refundable deposit upon placement of the order and the balance payable before shipment of the merchandise. Special order items may be canceled with a full refund with five (3) working days of the original order. Cancellation after five (3) working days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

We do not share or sell any confidential information except as necessary for the execution of purchase orders. Shipping & Delivery Information
Free shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Please inquire for international rates (based on weight and destination).
Lead Times: Most cushions and frames are made to order especially when many options are available. Generally lead times are, depending on availability, from one to twelve weeks from the time of order. We endeavor to ship as quickly as possible.
Many of our products originate from factories overseas . Unforeseen delays may occur during ocean freight transit and during U.S. customs inspections AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED a reason to cancel an order. We will keep you informed of any delays as soon as we receive the information from our freight control group.
Freight: All items are quoted FOB Outstanding Furniture, Inc. for business to business shipping points in the continental United States and is estimated ONLY. Please note that there may be additional freight charges for residential and (or) inside delivery of some items.
All orders will be charged a $150.00 shipping charge per purchase order. In the case of certain promotions, the normal shipping charge will be waived (orders over $1000.00). Freight charges are automatically calculated depending on the amount ordered and destination outside of the contiguous 48 States. These quote are estimated and will be adjusted by the shipper's invoice.
Most furniture ships by motor freight and is too large to be carried by UPS or FedEx Ground services. We instruct all carriers to call for a delivery appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Most freight carriers can arrange delivery within 10 working days of shipment from our warehouse.
Furniture is normally shipped with curb side delivery service. The carrier is not responsible for the uncrating of the furniture, installation or set up at your location
These "white glove" services are available at an additional cost which may be quoted upon request at the time of order.
Outstanding Furniture is pleased to ship internationally and can arrange furniture transportation anywhere in the world.
